Lighthouses of Northern Territory |
The Northern Territory Index features some of the lighthouses along this remote coastline. Many of the Territory's lights are modern lattice towers built in the 20th century. A map1 of the lighthouses listed on this website is available here. The lights are numbered as indicated below, beginning with the Northern Territory's oldest lighthouse, Point Charles, which marks the passage across Beagle Gulf into Port Darwin. |
